I found out - quite by surprise - back in two thousand nine that I had weird fibers growing out of my skin. Various dismissive medical professionals drove me down deep into the proverbial rabbit hole in search of answers. I discovered that I had what is being erroneously called "morgellons disease". They had no idea how dangerous lead and mercury (used in the process) were, so they simply dumped it in the dirt.. where their kids played. before long these kids had fibers growing out of their scalps. What I stumbled upon has nothing to do with hyper-toxicity, rather my issues are from a BIO-WEAPON loaded with nanotechnology. I believe that we "morgellons" victims were the test cases for the mrna nanotech loaded jab. Back in 2010 I set some images to a lady in California who is said to be "the world's leading industrial toxicologist'. She wrote me back citing hydrogels and "several assorted nano structures" in my samples. God has great plans. We who have been subjected to this nightmare in the form of what they call "Morgellons" are in His hands. Everyone is where you and I were in 2009.
Remember this. You have a lot of experience. You know and understand so much more than most. They are almost like children compared to you and me. We can help them. I am reminding myself as well as I write this. I can become so discouraged and I'm sick and frankly, tired of people on more days than I like to admit.

My father in law has (4 shots) has been extremely ill for over a year. His body has been killing his red blood cells causing him to have blood transfusion every couple of months. Now he has "white worm" like things coming out of his skin. My mom in law pulls them out with tweezers. One bit her. She has tried to keep some to take to the DR but they seem to disappear from the cotton pad she put them on. They are quite big, like the size of embroidery thread and an inch long. Does this sound similar to what you have learned about?
What your father in law has coming out of his skin is similar to what has been coming out of mine. Not quite the same, but they have used different "formulas" in the injections and previously in what I was infected with. There are many layers to this "experiment".
Taking them to doctors once they are already pulled out will likely do no good. Many people have already done that and the doctors treat them like mental patients. What may prove to a doctor something is coming out of his skin is to go to the office and demand the doctor pull the things out of his skin and send them to a lab for analysis. Though I've tried that as well and all doctors have refused.
I know that sounds incredible. Doctors are supposed to help us, but that is not reality in this day and age.
Insist a doctor helps. He may have something different than what I have. idk. A natural parasite and there may be something that can help him. Why they are disappearing after pulling them out idk either. The ones I pull out don't disappear. Getting lab tests done is important. From whatever information comes from the results, your in laws can decide how to proceed.
I'm so sorry this is happening to your family. Tell your in laws to listen to their intuition and PRAY for guidance. Doctors don't know much of anything when it comes to what's happening to people and can sometimes do more harm than good even if they mean well.
If his skin hurts, get some organic coconut oil. You can buy it in the cooking oil aisle. Gently apply it over the hurting area. It helps and is good for you.
As far as blood transfusions, firstly, I am so sorry to hear he's having to do this. Secondly, if there is any way he can get unvaccinated blood it may help. These organisms and what is making him sick is in vaccinated blood, so he's putting more in every time he gets a transfusion.

There is a supplement called NAC he should start on and take consistently. I am trying a company called Pure Bulk and purchasing in gelatin capsules as everyone thinks they are safer.
You are right. The things coming out of him are part of what is causing his blood to die. It blocks the red blood cells from exchanging oxygen and carbon dioxide. Holding the carbon dioxide and blocking the oxygen and in essence suffocating the cells from oxygen depletion. This is happening to all the cells in the body, but the blood is especially affected.
NAC helps to stop the stuff in the vaccine from blocking oxygen. Vitamin C helps as well. It needs to be REAL Vitamin C. Ascorbic Acid. Eat things with high Vitamin C like orange juice and peppers of all kinds. Take supplements of ascorbic acid as well. As high a dose as he can tolerate. If diarrhea occurs, that's the highest he can go.
There is another supplement that helps called glutathione, but the body makes it itself from NAC so NAC is even more important to take, though in his state of health glutathione will help as well.
Some people are taking CDS or chlorine dioxide solution. I haven't tried it myself but have purchased some and plan to use it. It helps to re-oxygenate the blood. Some people swear it has cured them. There is a lot of information online about it and how to use it.
If anyone in his family is unvaccinated and has the same blood type and would be willing to donate a transfusion the doctors may agree.
This is so hard as you can see. The doctors likely know it's the vaccine that's causing this. He will have to become his own patient advocate and any family members that can help especially going to doctor's appointments and insisting on what you know is right. Keep in mind what works for one doesn't necessarily work for another. Many tests have been run by scientists using a variety of electrical currents and none have been confirmed as useful quite yet. The only currents that kill Morgellons/CDB so far also kill a lot of healthy cells and do damage. That doesn't mean they won't find one.
Also, there is a lot of propaganda out there about Morgellons/CDB because "they" don't want people cured. Unfortunately we can't always believe what we read on the internet as the truth.

I have avoided doctors for other than orthopedic issues for decades. But I'm wondering what's in our food supply for as much as I try to avoid processed foods. Being in the food industry, not on the Big-Corp side, I've noticed that the chicken coming out in the foodservice packing these days, has a chemical odor coming from it and tastes different.

Wow, that's a bummer. I still have dental work I need to get done. I had some done 2020/2021. I had no idea they were doing this. I guess most people are only finding out now. Most people who are finding out that is, of course most people still have no clue. I'm not sure if I can have another extraction and cavitation without it. I have a biological dentist, but still, they probably have no idea, and they have to use what the manufacturers are making. When it comes to something as all encompassing as this, every manufacturer changing all their recipes all around the same time for no apparent reason, it's obviously not a coincidence or an organic change. It's orchestrated and intentional.
Godspeed. One thing I can tell you, is that if you stop eating all sugars and grains, ongoing or progressive problems and infections will stop this their tracks quickly.
I reversed a full-blown abscess by going on the "Lion" diet (carnivore) - plus this reversed debilitating arthritis AND eliminated all excess body fat almost instantly (weeks). And with this style of eating, I do not experience hunger or cravings.
Thank you Joy. Sugar is my hardest addiction to break. Now that I have broken the rest (nothing really extreme, but still), this is the one I'm grappling with now. I would not be able to go on a carnivore diet, I have never liked meat and it doesn't feel good in my body, except for fish and shrimp. But I do need to tweak my diet, I'm in the process of doing that.
The "trick" to getting out of the sugar addiction is to load up (overload) on animal fats and flesh, i.e., eat these, and NOTHING ELSE until you are STUFFED. If you overfeed your body of the things it NEEDS desperately, and which you've deprived it of, probably for your entire life (like most people have), then you won't WANT anything, let alone crave it.
My start on carnivore was a few days of WAY overeating (eggs, meat, FAT/butter, raw whole cream, fish-drenched in butter, etc.) for about 3 days, averaging between 6K to 10K calories per day. I dealt with my "sweet tooth" by making custards (cream, vanilla, a few drops of Monkfruit, and eggs) or homemade ice cream (egg yolks and raw, organic whole heavy cream sweetened with pure Monkfruit concentrate/liquid/extract/drops, and maybe a dash of vanilla, or even a little bit of cocoa powder)
Do NOT get the Monkfruit that's mixed into a pile of Xylitol, (or related stuff) So I "cheated" with a sweet flavor, even a little cocoa powder, but I still stayed "keto" the whole time.
During those 3 days ALL inflammation in my body was eliminated. I lost 2 pant sizes, and felt BETTER than I had in years. But I made sure to have the keto custard and ice cream handy at all times. It helped a great deal. After 3 days of basically gorging myself like this, I woke up on the 4th day, thinking I could not possibly bring myself to ever eat ANYTHING ever again;-)
This "fast" (which I could not have avoided if I'd wanted to) lasted about 48 hours, and then my appetite returned, but in a way I had never experienced before. Instead of feeling like I "must" eat, or that I wanted to eat anything in particular, my brain fog was gone now, and I had ZERO "compulsive" feelings or thoughts about food. I became RATIONAL/LOGICAL about food, for maybe the first time ever in my life. And there was no urgency to eat.
I was so full of energy (and so well nourished with what my body ACTUALLY needed) that I just felt like I could work forever, and I PREFERRED doing things, to the idea I needed to sit down to eat something. The entire food thing was more like: "I guess I better take care of that "food" thing at some point today." But it was more like a chore to even deal with food, (more like figuring out how you might manage to find a restroom to take a solid dump you feel coming on;-) since I was so focused on DOING things, (which now felt FUN, even things like laundry and dishes;-) and nothing I did, no matter how physical, (or mental) felt "taxing" or difficult. This switch excited and interested me, made me feel anything was possible, hopeful!
LIFE, tasks, DOING THINGS, none of this was difficult or boring anymore. And my prior ability to procrastinate had just left me, and it felt like a my new life, a REAL shot at living. And by the time I figured out what I might eat that night, I had settled on 8 ounces of grass-fed ground beef. (About $3 or $6 for a pound, at Grocery Outlet.) I overcooked it, so I dumped about a half a cube of butter on top of it and slammed it down without making a "ceremony" out the affair, due to the fact there were a few more tasks I wished to complete before I went to bed.
Carnivore saved my life, in too many ways to mention here now (without writing a novel;-). And I am never going back to a plant diet. My "cheats" (or desire to ever cheat) have been NATURALLY declining in frequency and duration over the past year. I haven't had to "refrain" from cheating, so much as not give in to the PEER PRESSURE of social events, etc. The ONLY times I feel yucky or have ANY type of "flair up" of past problems, is when I CHEAT. And I don't even LIKE cheating. So I am now at a point where I really don't care what anyone thinks.
Everyone in my life has been "prewarned" now, and they all know I will NOT appreciate (or eat) cake, or cookies, or chocolates/candies. So if they want to get me something, get me a quality steak, (or some good hand lotion?) as a gift. For Valentines, my husband got me flowers and a couple of wonderful grass fed filets. Some times now, he'll go buy me several quarts of heavy cream (this and butter are the only dairy, or non "carnivore" I indulge in, although early on, I was into Lilly's sugar-free baking chocolate chips (to eat like candy).
Just find some sort of "keto" and sweet tasting treats for the transition off of sugar. And seriously load up on animal fats, (which are VERY healing btw). Before you know it, you forget you ever even liked sugar.
Oh, a year later, I feel better than I ever have before (physical and mental) and I have less fat on my body than when I was 13 years old, slimmer and sleeker than since I was a child. ALSO, massive muscle gains WITHOUT working out!!! I can now actually SEE a substantial "bootie" muscle under my REASONABLY-sized butt padding. ZERO excess fat on my stomach, ribs, or arms. And finally, for the first time in my life, I love my slim legs!
I have now settled into about 3/4 pound of some time of meat, and about 1/3 cup of butter per day. Many days I get an urge to just drink a cup of pure heavy cream though, so I just go with it;-)
I had nitrous oxide when removing an impacted wisdom tooth. I’m planning to do the same for any cavity drilling. I’ll pay out of pocket if necessary. In the interim I’m studying ways to heal cavities (on YouTube) and taking great care to brush and floss.

I want you to understand me, some say that these are hydrogels or polymers without having done any chemical analysis. And I say that what you see looks like graphene oxide. We did 2 analyzes in 2021, by a doctor in Chemistry, Dr. Campra. That's why we know what we're talking about.
I understand. But to me, the fibrous white clots look NOTHING like graphene oxide, although the graphene is obviously a component of these systems.
To understand what the other components are, (hydrogels) all you have to do is read the patents. And Dr. Ana has identified these same hydrogels (seen in the patents) inside of human blood.
So we can ask whether we believe the vaccines (which we know contain the hydrogels) had anything to do with the appearance of these same hydrogels inside of the bodies of those who were injected with those hydrogels. Or we can obtusely go on arguing that these clots (which are clearly comprised of the same chemicals found in the vaccine patents, are ONLY made of graphene (carbon nanotubes). Surely graphene oxides are at play here. But this does not mean one can exclude the lipids and hydrogels which we KNOW are in the vaccines, as a possible cause of these same hydrogel chemicals (things like vinyl chloride) showing up in the human body.

We have analyzed the vaccines in 2021, and it was demonstrated that there are no plastics, no spiders, no polymers or hydrodeles inside. These people have used the term hydrogel to confuse people so they never know the truth. The hydrogel is the liquid of the vaccines, and inside this gel is the graphene.
You don't know that both the hydrogel and the polymers do not last more than 5 days in the body. Consult the scientific literature. But what we see in the blood of vaccinated people corresponds to months or years, and what we see is graphene oxide, which is indestructible as well as being an excellent conductor.

I think burdock root may be a game changer. It cleanses the blood. I gave it to a relative who has had a myriad of heart problems after the jab and also was diagnosed with hemochromatosis after said jab whereas before the jab she was only a carrier. She literally fainted/passed out a couple hours after taking it.

A gentle way to experienc burdock: add the infusion to soup recipe instead of water. 1 oz dried burrdock root into 1 quart glass jar (ball jar or other jar to tolerate boiling water WITHOUT CRACKING, so be careful), cover with boiling water, cap with lid/ring, leave to infuse 4 hrs or overnight, and use the strained infusion in soup (or other recipe). Can be infused in same process again. Give it a try. Burdock is a blood cleanser and it certainly won't hurt taking it this nourishing way.

My father in law has (4 shots) has been extremely ill for over a year. His body has been killing his red blood cells causing him to have blood transfusion every couple of months. Now he has "white worm" like things coming out of his skin. My mom in law pulls them out with tweezers. One bit her. She has tried to keep some to take to the DR but they seem to disappear from the cotton pad she put them on. They are quite big, like the size of embroidery thread and an inch long. Does this sound similar to what you have learned about?
What your father in law has coming out of his skin is similar to what has been coming out of mine. Not quite the same, but they have used different "formulas" in the injections and previously in what I was infected with. There are many layers to this "experiment".
Taking them to doctors once they are already pulled out will likely do no good. Many people have already done that and the doctors treat them like mental patients. What may prove to a doctor something is coming out of his skin is to go to the office and demand the doctor pull the things out of his skin and send them to a lab for analysis. Though I've tried that as well and all doctors have refused.
I know that sounds incredible. Doctors are supposed to help us, but that is not reality in this day and age.
Insist a doctor helps. He may have something different than what I have. idk. A natural parasite and there may be something that can help him. From whatever information comes from the results, your in laws can decide how to proceed.

If his skin hurts, get some organic coconut oil. You can buy it in the cooking oil aisle. Gently apply it over the hurting area. It helps and is good for you.

There is a supplement called NAC he should start on and take consistently. I am trying a company called Pure Bulk and purchasing in gelatin capsules as everyone thinks they are safer.
You are right. The things coming out of him are part of what is causing his blood to die. It blocks the red blood cells from exchanging oxygen and carbon dioxide. Holding the carbon dioxide and blocking the oxygen and in essence suffocating the cells from oxygen depletion. This is happening to all the cells in the body, but the blood is especially affected.
NAC helps to stop the stuff in the vaccine from blocking oxygen. Vitamin C helps as well. It needs to be REAL Vitamin C. Ascorbic Acid. Eat things with high Vitamin C like orange juice and peppers of all kinds. Take supplements of ascorbic acid as well. As high a dose as he can tolerate. If diarrhea occurs, that's the highest he can go.
There is another supplement that helps called glutathione, but the body makes it itself from NAC so NAC is even more important to take, though in his state of health glutathione will help as well.
Some people are taking CDS or chlorine dioxide solution. I haven't tried it myself but have purchased some and plan to use it. It helps to re-oxygenate the blood. Some people swear it has cured them. There is a lot of information online about it and how to use it.
If anyone in his family is unvaccinated and has the same blood type and would be willing to donate a transfusion the doctors may agree.
This is so hard as you can see. The doctors likely know it's the vaccine that's causing this. He will have to become his own patient advocate and any family members that can help especially going to doctor's appointments and insisting on what you know is right. The doctors are testing for things that were causes in the past. Not what's causing it now. That's why their tests are negative.

Keep in mind what works for one doesn't necessarily work for another. Many tests have been run by scientists using a variety of electrical currents and none have been confirmed as useful quite yet. The only currents that kill Morgellons/CDB so far also kill a lot of healthy cells and do damage. That doesn't mean they won't find one.

Being in the food industry, not on the Big-Corp side, I've noticed that the chicken coming out in the foodservice packing these days, has a chemical odor coming from it and tastes different.

I’m with you! Unless an acute trauma blocking spinal cord, avoid all spine surgery that requires instrumentation (screws, plates, rods). A laminectomy is okay, in my personal opinion. Kyphoplasty is benign enough and does help pain without many residual effects.

Wow, that's a bummer. I still have dental work I need to get done. I had some done 2020/2021. I had no idea they were doing this. I guess most people are only finding out now. Most people who are finding out that is, of course most people still have no clue. I'm not sure if I can have another extraction and cavitation without it. I have a biological dentist, but still, they probably have no idea, and they have to use what the manufacturers are making. When it comes to something as all encompassing as this, every manufacturer changing all their recipes all around the same time for no apparent reason, it's obviously not a coincidence or an organic change. It's orchestrated and intentional.

I reversed a full-blown abscess by going on the "Lion" diet (carnivore) - plus this reversed debilitating arthritis AND eliminated all excess body fat almost instantly (weeks). And with this style of eating, I do not experience hunger or cravings.
Thank you Joy. Sugar is my hardest addiction to break. Now that I have broken the rest (nothing really extreme, but still), this is the one I'm grappling with now. I would not be able to go on a carnivore diet, I have never liked meat and it doesn't feel good in my body, except for fish and shrimp. But I do need to tweak my diet, I'm in the process of doing that.
The "trick" to getting out of the sugar addiction is to load up (overload) on animal fats and flesh, i.e., eat these, and NOTHING ELSE until you are STUFFED. If you overfeed your body of the things it NEEDS desperately, and which you've deprived it of, probably for your entire life (like most people have), then you won't WANT anything, let alone crave it.
My start on carnivore was a few days of WAY overeating (eggs, meat, FAT/butter, raw whole cream, fish-drenched in butter, etc.) for about 3 days, averaging between 6K to 10K calories per day. I dealt with my "sweet tooth" by making custards (cream, vanilla, a few drops of Monkfruit, and eggs) or homemade ice cream (egg yolks and raw, organic whole heavy cream sweetened with pure Monkfruit concentrate/liquid/extract/drops, and maybe a dash of vanilla, or even a little bit of cocoa powder)
Do NOT get the Monkfruit that's mixed into a pile of Xylitol, (or related stuff) So I "cheated" with a sweet flavor, even a little cocoa powder, but I still stayed "keto" the whole time.
During those 3 days ALL inflammation in my body was eliminated. I lost 2 pant sizes, and felt BETTER than I had in years. But I made sure to have the keto custard and ice cream handy at all times. It helped a great deal. After 3 days of basically gorging myself like this, I woke up on the 4th day, thinking I could not possibly bring myself to ever eat ANYTHING ever again;-)
This "fast" (which I could not have avoided if I'd wanted to) lasted about 48 hours, and then my appetite returned, but in a way I had never experienced before. Instead of feeling like I "must" eat, or that I wanted to eat anything in particular, my brain fog was gone now, and I had ZERO "compulsive" feelings or thoughts about food. I became RATIONAL/LOGICAL about food, for maybe the first time ever in my life. And there was no urgency to eat.
I was so full of energy (and so well nourished with what my body ACTUALLY needed) that I just felt like I could work forever, and I PREFERRED doing things, to the idea I needed to sit down to eat something. The entire food thing was more like: "I guess I better take care of that "food" thing at some point today." But it was more like a chore to even deal with food, (more like figuring out how you might manage to find a restroom to take a solid dump you feel coming on;-) since I was so focused on DOING things, (which now felt FUN, even things like laundry and dishes;-) and nothing I did, no matter how physical, (or mental) felt "taxing" or difficult. This switch excited and interested me, made me feel anything was possible, hopeful!
LIFE, tasks, DOING THINGS, none of this was difficult or boring anymore. And my prior ability to procrastinate had just left me, and it felt like a my new life, a REAL shot at living. And by the time I figured out what I might eat that night, I had settled on 8 ounces of grass-fed ground beef. (About $3 or $6 for a pound, at Grocery Outlet.) I overcooked it, so I dumped about a half a cube of butter on top of it and slammed it down without making a "ceremony" out the affair, due to the fact there were a few more tasks I wished to complete before I went to bed.
Carnivore saved my life, in too many ways to mention here now (without writing a novel;-). And I am never going back to a plant diet. My "cheats" (or desire to ever cheat) have been NATURALLY declining in frequency and duration over the past year. I haven't had to "refrain" from cheating, so much as not give in to the PEER PRESSURE of social events, etc. The ONLY times I feel yucky or have ANY type of "flair up" of past problems, is when I CHEAT. And I don't even LIKE cheating. So I am now at a point where I really don't care what anyone thinks.
Everyone in my life has been "prewarned" now, and they all know I will NOT appreciate (or eat) cake, or cookies, or chocolates/candies. So if they want to get me something, get me a quality steak, (or some good hand lotion?) as a gift. For Valentines, my husband got me flowers and a couple of wonderful grass fed filets. Some times now, he'll go buy me several quarts of heavy cream (this and butter are the only dairy, or non "carnivore" I indulge in, although early on, I was into Lilly's sugar-free baking chocolate chips (to eat like candy).
Just find some sort of "keto" and sweet tasting treats for the transition off of sugar. And seriously load up on animal fats, (which are VERY healing btw). Before you know it, you forget you ever even liked sugar.
Oh, a year later, I feel better than I ever have before (physical and mental) and I have less fat on my body than when I was 13 years old, slimmer and sleeker than since I was a child. ALSO, massive muscle gains WITHOUT working out!!! I can now actually SEE a substantial "bootie" muscle under my REASONABLY-sized butt padding. ZERO excess fat on my stomach, ribs, or arms. And finally, for the first time in my life, I love my slim legs!
I have now settled into about 3/4 pound of some time of meat, and about 1/3 cup of butter per day. Many days I get an urge to just drink a cup of pure heavy cream though, so I just go with it;-)

Your presumption that nobody has done the requisite analysis to support these claims is incorrect. If you fail to go to the sources, (ignore them completely) YOU will not see the evidence. However it DOES exist, and a guy like Reese would NOT report on it if he had not seen the evidence.
You need to go to Dr. Ana's feed. She has EVERYTHING. She HAS done many detailed analyses, proving beyond any doubt what's happening here. Reece often mentions her as a source in many of his reports. Maybe go to the source/s he's referring to?

I want you to understand me, some say that these are hydrogels or polymers without having done any chemical analysis. And I say that what you see looks like graphene oxide. We did 2 analyzes in 2021, by a doctor in Chemistry, Dr. Campra. That's why we know what we're talking about.
I understand. But to me, the fibrous white clots look NOTHING like graphene oxide, although the graphene is obviously a component of these systems.
To understand what the other components are, (hydrogels) all you have to do is read the patents. And Dr. Ana has identified these same hydrogels (seen in the patents) inside of human blood.
So we can ask whether we believe the vaccines (which we know contain the hydrogels) had anything to do with the appearance of these same hydrogels inside of the bodies of those who were injected with those hydrogels. Or we can obtusely go on arguing that these clots (which are clearly comprised of the same chemicals found in the vaccine patents, are ONLY made of graphene (carbon nanotubes). Surely graphene oxides are at play here. But this does not mean one can exclude the lipids and hydrogels which we KNOW are in the vaccines, as a possible cause of these same hydrogel chemicals (things like vinyl chloride) showing up in the human body.

I don't agree, that's a way for False Dissidence to con people. What really counts is a chemical analysis, something that has not been done to determine if it is hydrogel or spider webs. Therefore, nothing can be scientifically stated.
We have analyzed the vaccines in 2021, and it was demonstrated that there are no plastics, no spiders, no polymers or hydrodeles inside. These people have used the term hydrogel to confuse people so they never know the truth. The hydrogel is the liquid of the vaccines, and inside this gel is the graphene.
You don't know that both the hydrogel and the polymers do not last more than 5 days in the body. Consult the scientific literature. But what we see in the blood of vaccinated people corresponds to months or years, and what we see is graphene oxide, which is indestructible as well as being an excellent conductor.

I think burdock root may be a game changer. It cleanses the blood. I gave it to a relative who has had a myriad of heart problems after the jab and also was diagnosed with hemochromatosis after said jab whereas before the jab she was only a carrier. She literally fainted/passed out a couple hours after taking it.
My 80+ yo relative (unjabbed) did not have the same reaction. She took it for her hemochromatosis. (Too much iron in the blood). While her doctors only prescribed phlebotomy for that condition, she has found a natural remedy. If you decide to take it, proceed with caution.

A gentle way to experienc burdock: add the infusion to soup recipe instead of water. 1 oz dried burrdock root into 1 quart glass jar (ball jar or other jar to tolerate boiling water WITHOUT CRACKING, so be careful), cover with boiling water, cap with lid/ring, leave to infuse 4 hrs or overnight, and use the strained infusion in soup (or other recipe). Can be infused in same process again. Give it a try. Burdock is a blood cleanser and it certainly won't hurt taking it this nourishing way.
