Greg, this is very informative. I downloaded Dr. Merritt's parasite protocol just last week and have ordered some items from the front line doctor's site. I learned about Edgar Cayce back in 1972. I have read many books regarding his "readings". I joined the A.R.E in the 1990's and was active until I became tired of their endless fund raising letters. My suggestion is to read the book "There is a River". It is a very foundational book. As you may know E.C. never wrote any books. He was working on an autobiographical at the time of his death in the 40's. All the books were written by others. They simply went to the Readings" archives at A.R.E. at the headquarters in Virginia Beach and molded a narrative of their own choosing.
Also, Dr. Merritt touched on the work done by Royal Rife. Today researchers like Beck are building and selling machines that they hope will do what Royal did so long ago. You are one of the only pod-casters with a broad interest such as mine. At 74 years of age I have been reading and researching all of these topics for over 50 years. Reach out to me sometime. So it makes sense.
I have bad reactions to all synthetically produced vitamins. Foods and sunlight are the best sources for vitamins, they may contain less, but higher quality and you absorb more.
