The second time I saw one shift it was instantaneous. The moment I was introduced I recognized him as a reptilian. I don’t know about any of this, but I DID have a very weird experience with Sen. Jim Risch of Idaho, once. I was trying to approach him after he spoke about our economy and the mounting debt problem at a small, informal event I attended. This was about fifteen years ago. I was at the end of the line of attendees wanting to speak with him and he clearly was trying to avoid me and pretend he didn’t see me. As he turned to leave without acknowledging me, I stepped up and politely but firmly and loudly addressed him. He stopped, turned around and looked at me because if he didn’t acknowledge my presence he knew I would know he was deliberately giving me -his constituent - the cold shoulder. As he turned towards me I caught his eyes and, in my mind’s eye, was startled to see his pupils in what I can only describe as “prey shaped slots”. The purpose of the slots was to instantly screen people and determine who was good to prey on and who wasn’t worth going after. He struck me at that moment as being very reptilian. It was clear to me that I didn’t fit his pupil shape (thankfully), but also frustrating that the reaction in his eyes said that he didn’t know I existed even though I was inches from his face and speaking to him. My impression was that the pupil slot shape was related to how much money you had and he could tell instinctively whether you were wealthy (and thus potentially helpful to him), or worthless. He gave me the impression of having a very cold, almost inhuman, soul.

Though it is a point of debate, from my reading of these verses in two different bibles, that is not what is stated. This could be, and is by many, that the Nephilim did not exist after the Flood.
