I was an OR nurse for almost 40 years, participated in “organ retrieval” I am totally against this now and have been for decades. It never felt right. Look up “Dead Enough” which is a 50 minute expose done by the news group The Fifth Estate in Canada. And don’t get me started on cellular memory in these organs.
Back in 94/95, I remember distinctly when 60 minutes aired an investigation on surgeons/doctors at the Cleveland Clinic here in Cleveland Ohio, who were being brought up on murder charges for administering drugs that hastened, made the patient "Medically dead' so they could harvest the organs. I dont remember all the details, but that was about it. I remember me, my X, and her parents were shocked upon watching the report. Then a week or so later in the Plain Dealer, the big news paper here in Cleveland, ran a story on it. Then "POOF" never heard a thing since. That was back then!
Since then I no longer check the box yes as an organ donor when renewing drivers license or on any contract for that matter.

I was on the list with UNOS and when they called me, I said "no". Now, by the grace of God, I am healed. I just had a very bad feeling about their lack of transparency. So glad I listened to my instincts and kept my faith.

The same thing happened to my only sibling / sister on Mother’s Day of 2017! They gave Ashely paralytics , said she was brain dead but only had one doctor sign when they needed two!! To add insult to injury her doctors name was Dr butcher. I spoke to Dr Paul Byrne over the phone and he confirmed they did indeed kill her but we’d need a super lawyer to fight it !! Mercy ( should say NO MERCY hospital ) refused to give me her records too. They knew the fuking killed her greg and there was absolutely nothing I could do about it. I think everyone including the guy who gave her the Fentanyl, along with the EMT’s were involved in her murder. The ambulance ppl refused to let her boyfriend ride with her to the hospital! Wr know she wasn’t dead bc you have to be ALIVE to donate major organs. Thank you for bringing this to the forefront again my friend!
