Blow torch fires? DEW enhanced? I think so. The Forestry Dept. sprayed nitrates from their helicopters, 2 weeks before the fires. They said was fire retardant, when it fact is was the exact opposite. The areas that we sprayed, the tree roots smolder for weeks after the fire, burning all roots where the tree was once and it looks like huge gopher holes where the roots used to be.
