As far as the 1965 Paul Harvey video goes, I was a senior in high school then; and, if I had viewed that video back then, it might have been of interest to me. What has happened in Lahaina is the biggest story since Sept 11. Today I read the fire lasted for 17 minutes. People were incinerated in their cars fleeing the fire. Many reports don’t add up. It is horrific. I agree with you we cannot just carry on as if this is just another unfortunate catastrophe. Gov Green made the pivot to his build back better agenda on day one. His administration’s response to the human catastrophe is so lacking it borders on evil. I don’t see native Hawaiians going along with the agenda planned for them on Maui.
I have a gold claim in Plumas County, CA, near Paradise, CA and Greenville, 2 towns, a year apart both burned down to the ground with DEW weapons for sure. Local career fire fighters say the same.
