Just so you appreciate my viewpoint better, let me say I went through the State Sovereignty movement in the early 90's, and came to see how there is no more "We the People" under the conditions existing at time of Constitution. Since then most all people have become U.S. Citizens under the 14th amendment and the revised State constitutions that followed the Civil War. Only the people who were part of original states that formed the Federal Union have claim to being that class of "we the People."
