It seems to be our fellow Americans are all individually fixated on securing for themselves their own slice of the pie. They still haven't realized the pie has long since spoiled. If the only common thread that unites us today is the fact that most everyone has either directly or indirectly been affected by an untimely death or the vaxine dammage of a loved one.
You would think that alone would be enough for people to recognize we are all struggling against the same evil. As the old saying goes "The enemy of my enemy is my friend".

This is a good interview with a well meaning and well spoken proponent of allowing some Florida citizens, who do not already have the power, to recall their local government officials.
As a topic, this is underwhelming. It will change nothing whether this fine lady is successful or not. It reminds me of re-arranging the deck chairs on the Titanic while the ship is sinking.
The first step of a recall petition is for petitioners (usually volunteers) to gather lots of valid signatures of registered voters in a limited time frame. If there are enough valid signatures, then an election is held. Voters then have to show up to vote in that recall election. A simple majority in the recall election tosses the scoundrel out of office. In other words, the process of "recalling" an elected official is also decided by "voting". It is generally much easier to just vote the scoundrel(s) out at the next election.
That's is engaging in the act of self governance the framer wanted.
If you remember in the culture politician character in story plots were always fearful of the voter backlash this is why slowly and surely those safeguard have been eliminated from the legislation. YOU can clearly see the work of the globalist moving the center of power further and further away from the citizen. Not so long ago i read a headline in a dem rag along those lines: Yes we fuck you, So what? what your gona do about it?. The impunity! Not too long ago writer/editor would get fire for this.
Dereliction of duty will keep them compliant with the constitution.
They demoralize us by making us look at a gov too big to tackle, so far away. Its start locals close to you if enough people engage, it will spread like wild fire across the country.
The system is too far gone for fixing . The communist are entrenched everywhere , they will steal, cheat regardless ! They would use this to benefit them only ! We are idiots if we still believe these demonicrats would ever play fair again ! The got a taste for theft on a national scale , useless !

It is entrusted for certain defined purposes, and for a certain limited period, to representatives of their own choosing; and whenever it is executed contrary to their Interest, or not agreeable to their wishes, their Servants can, and undoubtedly will be, recalled.
What a challenge. Even once on the ballot, only a % of the population will actually vote and a healthy percentage of those (the majority?) will just vote the way the TV tells them to vote or the tallies may be rigged as we have seen repeatedly since 2019. If only there were some effective legal basis for the entities without recall to claim they were ommitted in error and have a judge declare them now with recall rights. Something like a valid claim that the recall legislation was superfluous & unnecessary because historic existing legislation in British law that was so often the basis for US laws guarantees recall as a right inherent in elected representation.

As we can see by the indictment of Trump, and more importantly by the conviction of Doug Mackey, that the jury box approach has also been subverted by the communists/socialists/tyrants that control almost all levers of power in our country and society.
