Only in areas that you have a reasonable expectation of privacy. Anything that can be viewed from a public road without looking over fences is fair game. A public street or houses on a public street are fair game and even you if you come outside. Nobody can film over your fences, through your windows, or with a drone.
The trouble is, that some of those porch cameras, even if aimed straight ahead take in the neighbors property also. I've seen reports on the news of them using someone's Ring camera to see what happened across the street or something.
That is why it is called a "public street." Anything on the street can be filmed. Houses, cars, people, cops, or anything. No peeping over fences or in private areas.
